Privacy policy

What we collect and why

We collect your name, WhatsApp number, email, tattoo preferences, idea and optional reference photos to respond to your request and plan your session. References are private. We also record submission time, browser information, IP address and permitted advertising identifiers to operate the service and measure ads.

Advertising and sharing

Lovable Cloud stores booking information. We also use Telegram and an email provider, used only to send booking alerts to Rodwin. Meta receives permitted visit and action events for advertising measurement and optimisation. With your separate optional acceptance, Meta also receives hashed contact details, a booking identifier and advertising identifiers to match events. Hashing does not make personal information anonymous. Meta may process information outside South Africa under its own terms. We do not send your idea, photos or estimated budget to Meta.

Deposits are paid by EFT directly to Rodwin's bank account. Payflex links are sent personally on WhatsApp when you ask. Payfast is a payment provider we may use in future.

Your choices

Visitors in consent-required or unknown regions must accept before advertising tracking starts. Elsewhere ordinary tracking may run unless you refuse or an applicable privacy opt-out applies. Personal matching is optional everywhere and declining it does not affect booking. Cookie settings lets you refuse tracking or withdraw matching, including after sending a request. We store your choice, region, notice version and timestamps, and retain acceptance evidence when you withdraw.

Notice meta-advertising-2026-10-16-v1: Share my contact details, advertising identifiers and browser information with Meta to measure and optimise Rodwin’s ads. This is optional and I can withdraw in Cookie settings.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask Rodwin to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw advertising sharing, through the WhatsApp conversation used for your booking or by replying to his email. We retain information only for booking follow-up and necessary legal or business records. You may complain to South Africa’s Information Regulator.
